In short

BeaMiiLocal is a local web app/PWA. We use necessary technologies to make the app work, and we use location if you yourself grant the browser access to it.

No ad tracking BeaMii does not use Google Analytics, ad pixels, or marketing tracking in this solution.

2. Necessary cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary cookies and similar technologies for login, security, app features, language selection, and the operation of BeaMii.

  • WordPress login and sessions
  • Security, nonces, and abuse protection
  • Elections and app state, e.g., that you have seen privacy information
  • Technical operation of BeaMiiLocal and custom REST API calls

3. Location/GPS

Location is only used to find nearby places, organizations, and events.

The browser is asking you separately for location access. You can deny access or turn it off again in the browser/device settings.

  • Location is used to find nearby places, associations, and events.
  • Location is used for distances, “YOU ARE HERE,” and map/route displays.
  • Location is not used for ad profiling.

4. PWA cache and service worker

As a PWA, BeaMii can save necessary app files locally on your device, so the app loads faster and functions more stably.

This can include the app shell, icons, stylesheets, scripts, and other necessary files. The purpose is performance, stability, and app experience — not marketing.

5. Account, email, and user data

When you create or use an account, we process the information necessary to manage login, profile, security, and any user actions.

  • potential favorites, saved places, or user actions if the feature is used
  • information you send yourself via forms or contact

6. Statistics, advertising, and marketing

The current beamii solution is set up without GA4, ad pixels, and marketing tracking.

If statistics or marketing are desired later, they should be added with separate consent before such scripts are loaded.
